Full-time Description

+ Prepare, process, and distribute (ship and receive) inbound/outbound classified mail that is integrated with a singular government accountable mailing program.
+ Assist with preparing classified packages, courier forms and maintain receipt records of such dispatches.
+ Perform destruction of classified materials and CUI
+ Ensure personnel security clearances are kept current and access is verified prior to allowing access to classified material.
+ Prepare, process, and/or review Visitor Access Request (VAR) for accuracy and access eligibility. Ensure smooth access ability is given to our personnel by ensuring visit certifications are received timely and accurately by receiving units.
+ Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound VAR notices.
+ Assist IP Lead with inspection preparations and Management Internal Control Toolset and/or other inspection platform artifact creation as directed.

* Special Access Program (SAP) Security

Duties Include:

As the security technical expert for these systems, the incumbent is responsible for the development of policy for the protection of assigned programs Air Force-wide including at contractor and other DoD activities.

The Security Manager will provide support to perform administrative security functions under the direction of the activity security manager without regard for job series or title or for rank, rate, or grade if they have the clearance required for the access needed to perform their assigned duties and tasks.
The Security Manager will assist the AF Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) in oversight of national security objectives supporting AF interests.
The Security Manager will provide day -to -day support for collateral and/or, as specifically directed, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities. This will be accomplished through active and integrated security operations, processes, mechanisms and performed under the direction of Government security administrator.
The Security Manager will provide multi -disciplinary security support, including aspects of information security, personnel security, operations security, industrial security, communications security, acquisition security, general security, physical security, and anti -terrorism/force protection duties, while also being responsive and flexible to dynamic security situations.
The Security Manager will perform analytical, planning, advisory, operational, or evaluative work that has as its principal purpose the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.
This is a full -time position located at Wright -Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH
Duties include, but not limited to:
Provide support to C3BM Security Team in managing daily tactical level personnel security actions to include but not limited to:
Collateral, SAP and SCI in - and out -processing
Security system data management
Monthly reporting development
Visit access requests
Facilitating indoctrination
Clearance update process actions and tracking
Assisting in delivering and tracking security education and awareness
Supporting inspections SAVs and Reviews
Provide technical advice and security support to multiple collateral programs and, where specifically called for, SCI programs within the directorate.
Maintain an effective working relationship with Information Protection (IP) leads, program managers, contracting officers and anyone else as needed to ensure a standardized and accurate protection integration focus throughout the acquisition and sustainment life cycle of directorate programs.
Assist in the development and writing of Operations Security (OPSEC) plans, transition plans, emergency action plans, transportation plans and any other security documents as needed for the customer.
Review program documentation for public release, to include ensuring CUI has proper markings, classifications and distribution statements per DoD and AF guidance and provide accurate feedback to IP Leads about document disposition ability.
Provide classification guidance and assistance for all collateral and SCI (where needed) programs.
Security Operating Procedures (SOP), DD Form 254s and other key acquisition/security program documents as directed by the IP lead.
Provide classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
Prepare, process, and distribute (ship and receive) inbound/outbound classified mail that is integrated with a singular government accountable mailing program.
Assist with preparing classified packages, courier forms and maintain receipt records of such dispatches.
Perform destruction of classified materials and CUI
Ensure personnel security clearances are kept current and access is verified prior to allowing access to classified material.
Prepare, process, and/or review Visitor Access Request (VAR) for accuracy and access eligibility. Ensure smooth access ability is given to our personnel by ensuring visit certifications are received timely and accurately by receiving units.
Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound VAR notices.
Assist IP Lead with inspection preparations and Management Internal Control Toolset and/or other inspection platform artifact creation as directed.
Conduct effective entry and exit inspections along with any other random anti -terrorism measures as directed by unit, installation, or higher -level anti -terrorism authority.
Follow and enforce the Government's standard operating procedures or Operating Instructions
Assume duties and responsibilities of / or Secure Voice Responsible Officers in accordance with applicable regulations or instructions and as needed by the IP lead.
Assist IP lead with security container combination changes and maintenance to include reporting needed container repairs as they are discovered to IP lead.
Assist IP lead with monitoring secure spaces, assisting with secure space builds/projects and controlling/operating Secure Video Teleconferencing/Video Teleconferencing systems.
Assist with classified meetings and all associated support requirements to ensure their proper successful execution.
Provide support for security awareness and education programs which includes but is not limited to creating or modifying presentations, brochures, or posters. Giving verbal, in person security/force protection briefings to individuals or groups either formally or in ad -hoc format
Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the Contractor site lead and/or the IP lead.

Here at Dayton Job Corps Center, we support their mission by teaching eligible young people, the skills they need to become employable and independent, and place them in meaningful jobs or further education. Students here have access to room and board while they learn skills in specific training areas for up to three years. The program helps them to complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, provides transitional support services, and assists them with obtaining employment. Job Corps graduates either enter the workforce or an apprenticeship, go on to higher education, or join the military.
Summary
Reports to the Social Development Director. Responsible for the development, management, and operation of standards and work support, which includes behavioral management, behavior review panel, fact-finding boards, peer discipline, student incentives program, and student legal services, in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions
1. Plans, coordinates, and supervises the programmatic activities of student personnel.
2. Leads the SPO department in overseeing student conduct, behavior, discipline, and incentives;
provides supervision, training, and guidance to SPO personnel.
3. Resolves complaints of alleged violations of center standards by students. Oversees review
boards, conduct meetings, fact-finding boards, and hearings while adhering to requirements of
due process and complying with the PRH.
4. Determines and administers disciplinary action for students.
5. Reports all serious/critical incidents in accordance with established guidelines and requirements;
prepares significant incident reports for the CD.
6. Provides feedback to staff on results of disciplinary actions administered to students.
7. Conducts orientation and training on disciplinary system for staff and students. Reinforces the
importance of behavior management and Career Success Standards (CSS) by conducting oneon-one interviews with new enrollees and discussing any concerns.
8. Administers the incentives program to recognize and reward positive behavior or gains in career
pathways, in compliance with the PRH.
9. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of peer leadership programs, collaborating with other
departments when necessary. Inspires students to become peer leaders who are actively
involved in the operation and standards of the center.
10. Collaborates with the safety and security teams to uphold and monitor standards of conduct and
center safety. Also collaborates with staff from residential living, health and wellness, counseling,
risk management, recreation, and other departments.
11. Confers with parents and center personnel and counsels students concerning problems relating
to student actions on and off center.
12. Maintains accurate case notes in the Center Information System (CIS) for each student served.
13. Evaluates center culture, identifies best practices and behavior trends, and recommends
changes that influence the center culture.
14. Enforces and publicizes Zero Tolerance Policy and anti-bullying measures.
15. Ensures all departmental administrative functions are accurate and accomplished in a timely
manner.
16. Models, mentors, and monitors the positive normative culture of the center.
17. Acts as a responsible custodian for assigned center property.
18. Reports violations of ethical behavior.
19. Suggests opportunities for continuous operational improvement and reduction of waste.

COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for Acquisition Security Manager positions in support of a USAF contract. Position openings may be available at Wright Patterson AFB, OH; Warner Robins, GA; Hill AFB, UT; and/or Tinker AFB, OK. Positions may be filled at various skill-levels (Journeyman, Senior, etc.).
+ Provide administrative, Acquisition Security , Personnel Security, Information Protection (IP), Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), and Operations Security (OPSEC), COMSEC , Foreign Military Sales Security, support during the capabilities planning/pre-acquisition, acquisition, development, production and sustainment phases of various equipment and weapon systems within the framework of the defense acquisition management system.
+ Tasks may include, but are not limited to, participation on IPTs and related activities, analyzing problems, defining alternative solutions, providing recommendations, writing reports, and accomplishing specifically assigned work as defined in individual tasks orders.
+ May conduct security site surveys for Enhanced End Use Monitoring (EEUM), which will require foreign travel and interaction with foreign customers.
+ Provide administrative, acquisition security , IP, anti-terrorism/force protection, and OPSEC, COMSEC assistance during the capabilities planning/pre-acquisition, acquisition, development, production and sustainment phases of various equipment and weapon systems within the framework of the defense acquisition management system
+ Assist in maintaining secure facilities and respond to alarms of the government facilities in accordance with Air Force requirements and directorate OIs.
+ Act as an advisor to senior program leaders and their management staff on information protection, program protection, personnel and industrial security matters
+ Assist with receiving classified materials and securing as appropriate
+ Assist with executing the annual special security self-inspection program; developing and updating required internal security processes and standard operating instructions relative to security and to ensure they are executed throughout the Directorate programs
+ Assist in the processing of each military, civilian, and Contractor individual assigned directorates into their organization through JPAS
+ Performs a wide range of program security management activities, such as information, physical, operational, and personnel security

Required SkillsRequired Experience
One of the following combinations of education/experience:
+ MA/MS degree, and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD -OR-
+ BA/BS degree, and ten (10)-fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD -OR-
+ HSD/GED, twenty (20) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
+ Secret clearance required; some positions may require TS/SCI
