What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution facility. Control access at entry points by verifying identification, processing visitor and contractor check-in and/or check-out, issuing access credentials as directed, and maintaining access logs. Monitor inbound and outbound traffic, including trucks and delivery vehicles, by confirming appointments, coordinating with site contacts, and following site procedures for gate entry and staging. Observe and report suspicious activity, access concerns, and policy violations, responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Use approved communication and reporting methods to document incidents, access activity, and unusual conditions, and escalate concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be 21+ years of age. X‐Ray screening experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
