Essential Functions:
Accurately process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all multi-state employees and 1099s, ensuring timely submission.
Review and validate payroll data, including, but not limited to hours worked/visits, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Process off-cycle payrolls and retroactive payments as needed.
Ensure proper calculation and withholding of payroll taxes, benefit deductions, 401K, and garnishments.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and change of status.
Manage 401(k) contributions and transfers, ensuring timely and accurate processing in coordination with HR.

The Senior Consultant Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through the consultant channel. This role owns the strategy and execution of consultant-facing marketing programs that educate, enable, and activate brokers and consultants to influence employer decision-making and drive adoption of Spring Health's solutions.
Through compelling campaigns and engagement strategies, this manager creates programs that turn consultants into champions of Spring Health-equipping them to understand our value story, advocate for our solutions, and expand our presence across their client networks.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR).
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in State applying for.
Effective oral and written communication in English
Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.
Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.
Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.
History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders.
Psych or Addictions experience is a plus.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
