Provides access for future maintenance and avoids unsightly, hazardous and unreliable wiring consistent with specifications and local electrical codes The capability to troubleshoot electrical problems and perform corrective maintenance. Perform PM's on all plant instrumentation that will ensure the accuracy and continued performance to prevent major downtime. Capable of working with high-voltage equipment and are skilled in handling various machinery and systems that support production Repair plant instrumentation, which includes the repair of PH meters, gas analyzers, ORP meters, recorders, controllers, valves, transducers, transmitters (pneumatic and electronic). Diagnose issues with electrical components using testing equipment such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and ohmmeters. Installing new instrumentation loops according to instrument specs and testing. Maintains the workload and schedule for the facility daily to adjust to changes in work requirements. Assumes other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed. POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior or Staff Engineer, Maintenance Turnaround is responsible for assisting with/the planning, execution, and management of turnaround activities within the liquified natural gas (LNG) facility. The Senior or Staff Engineer, Maintenance Turnaround will analyze technical requirements, support development of detailed work plans and cost estimates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of turnaround activities. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, time-management, and effective communication are essential for successfully executing turnaround objectives while minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency. They will be responsible for the adherence and execution of the Turnaround Management Strategy. This is a DOT position. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist or Lead execution of and ensure adherence to the Cheniere Turnaround Management strategy through all phases from Turnaround Initiation to Turnaround Closeout.
