RF microwave engineering responsibilities associated with new product development or internal R&D efforts. These include design efforts ranging from simple RF microwave components to complex microwave assemblies driven by customer or internal specifications. Design includes 3D-simulations, design optimization based on fabrication tolerances, and assessing performance relative to requirements. Individual works in a multi-disciplinary team environment and is required to participate in proposal efforts and technical reviews. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Understand customer specifications and drawings to assist in proposal and development efforts.
* Assist in estimating timeframe of design efforts.
* Work independently or within a team environment. Ensure that project schedules are met.

Job Summary:
