The Legon Lab at the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at Virginia Tech in association with the Department of Neuroscience has an immediate opening for a highly motivated postdoctoral research associate to join a developing human neuromodulation group for the use of low-intensity focused ultrasound (LIFU). The research seeks to develop and optimize LIFU as a new human brain mapping tool and for translation to clinical therapies in addiction and pain. Knowledge in human neuroscience, non-invasive neuromodulation, human behavioral testing and data analysis of one or more of fMRI, EEG, EMG, behavioral data is required.
