About the Team We're incubating brand-new lines of business inside ChatGPT for Work. If you love 0→1 building, shipping quickly, and owning large product surface area, this is a chance to help define how organizations capture and use their knowledge-turning messy, living information into fresh organizational memory, smarter retrieval, and first-party ChatGPT experiences that feel native at work. About the Role You'll join a small, hands-on team (full-stack + backend) that operates with minimal process and a tight feedback loop with real customers from day one. You'll work closely with product, design, and research to take ideas from exploration to production-owning outcomes end-to-end. This role is based in Seattle, WA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. Ship enterprise-grade, first-party ChatGPT for Work features end-to-end (prototype → launch → iterate). Make pragmatic architecture choices that balance speed, reliability, and privacy/security for enterprise users.
