Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, the Seasonal Operations employee is responsible for performing building custodial/maintenance functions relating to proper cleaning and general upkeep of college owned buildings and grounds. Maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable educational and working environment by performing custodial/maintenance duties in College owned facilities. Work ranges from light to moderately heavy at times in physical demand. Any combination of experience and graduation from high school or equivalent is preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid PA driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend and assist with daily practices and scheduled meets.
Provide sport-specific skill instruction, motivation, and support to student-athletes during practices and competitions.
Support the development and implementation of meet plans, including logistics and strategy.
Assist in meet day execution, including management, on-site coaching, and post-meet evaluation.
Participate actively in the recruitment of prospective student-athletes in coordination with the head coach and the Office of Admissions.
Attend local and regional high school and club meets to identify and engage potential recruits.
Demonstrate a genuine commitment to the social, emotional, academic, and athletic development of student-athletes.
Model leadership, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions with scholar-athletes, staff, and the broader community.
