What you'll do:
* As an authentic brand ambassador for the Wayfair family, lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting them with the world's biggest and best home online assortment brought to life in our stores.
* Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment in all departments to ensure the sales-floor is adequately stocked. Maintain visual standards required by Wayfair and Tanger Outlets.
* Support customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services including (order pick up, incoming inventory).
* Maintaining visual standards, replenishment, safety and backroom standards.

Criteria:
* 1+ years of stock receiving required, retail and/or customer service experience preferred

* Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Working Hours:

Inventory Processing
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, part numbers, costs, and reconcile against purchase orders in the point of sale (POS).
Enter inventory into the POS system with 100% accuracy.
Ensure appropriate pricing and sale labels are applied.
Assist with periodic and scheduled inventory counts and reconciliation after hours.
Compliance & Regulatory Documentation
Audit and properly file all Form 4473s (both physical and digital) by end of shift each day.
Review, track, and maintain Federal Firearms Licenses (FFLs), Form 3s, Form 4s, and other regulated documents.
Complete and submit ATF Form 3310 (Multiple Handgun Sale Report) to the appropriate federal and law enforcement agencies.
Process and respond to ATF or law enforcement trace requests with appropriate documentation.
Maintain filing systems in accordance with ATF requirements and internal compliance protocols.
Shipping, Warranty & Transfer Coordination
Package and ship outgoing inventory, ensuring protective handling and accurate documentation.
Coordinate shipment of warranty repairs and manufacturer service requests.
Process incoming and outgoing firearm transfers, following all legal procedures.
Assist with special orders, vendor returns, and inter-store transfers.
Operational Support & Team Contribution
Maintain S&R workstation cleanliness, organization, and efficient workspace layout.
Support the Sales and Customer Service team during high-volume periods when required. Contribute towards sales targets.
Answer phones and assist in-person customer inquiries.
Promote teamwork and communication across departments.
Safety & Workplace Standards
Maintain consistent application of safety procedures when handling firearms and heavy items.
Follow best practices for lifting, opening, loading, and transferring inventory.
Uphold company hierarchy standards prioritizing Safety Compliance Customer Service.
QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pick, lift, organize, and move standard hardware, raw material, purchased parts, machined details, and assemblies to support inventory control for Starship launch operations at the Cape Canaveral launch site

Job Description: Receiving & Putaway Specialist
The Receiving & Putaway Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient flow of inbound products into the distribution center. This role oversees the unloading, verification, and documentation of incoming shipments, and organizes inventory into designated storage locations following company standards.
