The Warehouse Coordinator I performs various warehousing functions, such as shipping, receiving, making deliveries, forklift operation, etc. Assists in all warehouse quality/safety related functions pertaining to the operations of the company and the safety of company personnel. Responsibilities:
Conduct daily forklift inspection and perform routine forklift operation
Responsible for receiving, verifying products received, and stocking per quality procedures within the Company ERP System.
Responsible for pulling inventory items, verifying product, packaging, staging and/or shipping inventory items as requested per company quality procedures within the Company ERP System.
Safely secure load prior to and during operation of a company vehicle during inventory pickup and delivery
Entering freight charges and ship confirming orders.
Verify delivery tickets to product shipping out, make sure all shipping instructions match the customer's purchase order and also the sales order.
Maintain the company trucks; check in, check out, maintenance, inspections, etc. as required.
Maintain the warehouse in a clean and safe working condition.
Attend weekly training as permitted by work schedule.
Report any safety, shipping, delivery, or inventory issues to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with all state and local driving regulations while following company safety procedures.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers as a representative of the company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives and processes products and new inventory through unloading and verifying quantities and quality.
Accurately stocks products in proper locations using required scanner/handheld devices.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked with inventory to fulfill customer orders for next-day deliveries.
Restocks inventory and customer product returns.
Manages and maintains the storage conditions of goods received in the warehouse.
Ensure product integrity by examining and inspecting stock items and new inventory for wear, damage, and defects.
Report any damages and/or issues immediately to the supervisor. Completes the necessary damage inventory reports for defective products found while receiving, stocking and/or picking.
Performs at a level of 95% + to meet the required quotas and maintain efficient flow of operations.
Performs general housekeeping, cleanup duties throughout shift in compliance with all quality service standards, sanitation regulations and guidelines to always maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Operates equipment in compliance with company policies and best practices adhering to safety standards and regulations. Returns and charges all equipment in designated locations.
Functions as a team member, open and willing to perform other duties assigned and needed.
