Receives coversheet and assigned cart for each series of orders, logs onto the voice system to begin the voice-directed picking process. Moves the cart through the product bin aisles and picks the corresponding products from product bins, places the correct product and quantity into the cart, placing small items into bags or bands together for easier identification.
Verifies product during the picking process.
May maintain daily individual production records, which are reviewed by the supervisor, by writing down the time particular tasks are performed.
After completing the cart, returns cart to staging area.
Disposes of empty boxes and packaging appropriately to maintain safe and clean working conditions.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Credit & Receivable Specialist II As a Credit and Receivable Specialist II, you will be responsible for facilitating the timely processing of new applications, setting up customers in the ERP master, maintaining tax-required documents, processing cash to the ERP receivable, and completing customer master maintenance as needed.

The Inventory Control Associate ensures the security of company inventory through periodic audits and evaluation of physical inventory. The Associate follows procedures of handlings and/or recording movement of inventory.

As a Inventory Control Associate you will:
Performs cycle at the beginning of every month to ensure inventory accuracy, and security of companys merchandise.
Follows companys scanning policy, and reports all discrepancies to management.
Investigates all unallocated merchandise.
Ensures all ISTs and transfers are done properly.
Verifies all customer pick-ups are picked and finalized correctly.
Trains all warehouse, when needed, to properly locating merchandise to reduce inaccuracy.
Prepares reports recording accuracy and recovery of all inventory.
Investigates shortages of inventory and recommends measures to be implemented to prevent shortages.
Reports all scanned short and scanned sold to inventory manager to resolve incorrect merchandise.
Reports all damaged merchandise to management including pictures for security.
Accept responsibility for safety and security of all company property in assigned area.
Maintain equipment and work area is in clean and orderly condition.
Maintains records and files in an orderly condition.
Perform duties in accordance with companys safety rules and operating regulations and practices. Report any unsafe conditions or practices.
Undertake and support any policy, change, system or work rules the company implements regarding the purpose of this position.
Must be able to left, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to sit/stand for an eight hour shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you'll prepare and stock merchandise, pull items for fast, accurate shipment, and package/label tanks, accessory parts, and other products. You'll also assemble hydraulic units through kitting and post-manufacturing work, with safety, efficiency, and attention to detail driving everything you do.
Prepare merchandise for shipment by packaging, prepare records of goods shipped, fill out bills-of-lading and invoices, post weights, and verify accuracy of shipments
Pull materials from stock using forklift and/or pallet jack, cart, etc.
Load and unload trucks using forklift and/or pallet jack, and place in proper storage locations
Maintain stock in an orderly and safe manner
Keep the work area clean
Assist in prioritizing incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare UPS shipments
Assist in inventory control
Lift and move heavy objects
Operate a forklift in accordance with OSHA requirements
Operate pallet jack, weight scale, box strapper, staple machine, foam machine, and computer
Route incoming merchandise and materials to the proper departments
Reject damaged goods and follow company procedures for returns
Observe all safety rules, company policies, and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred
Shipping and receiving experience in a distribution environment is preferred
Good mechanical aptitude
Must have legible handwriting
Self-motivated and work well with other employees
Flexible to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments
Able to read and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
