Key Focus
This shipping position will focus less on physical shipping tasks and more on leveraging tracking tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to ensure accurate, real-time shipment visibility and compliance.
Day to Day:
Execute and follow up on daily shipping targets
Monitor outgoing shipments and update tracking systems in real time
Maintain accurate daily shipping logs, ensuring all transactions are properly documented
Verify shipment information such as counts, weights, and measurements against bills of lading and invoices
Ensure compliance with C‑TPAT requirements and company shipping standards
Coordinate with carriers, internal departments, and external customers to ensure on‑time, accurate shipments
Use SFC (Shop Floor Control) and other tracking systems to update product movement throughout the day
Prioritize and manage international shipments and urgent requests
Follow up on shipment‑related issues and drive them to complete resolution
Support safe and compliant handling of materials, including identifying suspicious or non‑conforming items
Required Experience
