Your Tasks: * Preparation and shipment of custom plastic profiles for customer shipments. * Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks using tow motor. * Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments using Excel. * Complete weekly and monthly cycle counts on selected inventory. * Updating and maintaining physical and perpetual inventory using inventory management systems. * Maintaining records and documentation per ISO and process requirements * Support fulfillment of materials to production stations, stocking packaging materials and removing finished goods to prepare for shipment or put in inventory. * Focus on quality and continuous improvement. * Operating finishing machine for processing and preparation of custom plastic profiles. * Maintain and perform minor repairs on finishing equipment. * Measure parts using calipers. * Maintain clean and organized work area through 5S. * Communicate with other team members to maintain quality, operational, efficiency and safety metrics. Your required Qualifications: * Min 1 year in a manufacturing environment. * Ability to drive a forklift or able to pass a forklift certification course. * Working with light packaging equipment. * Willingness to learn and operate light hand tools. * Working in a team-based environment. * Entrepreneurial nature: Self-directed, goal-oriented, customer focused. * Math aptitude. * Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. * Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. * Willingness to learn. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs. * Ability to travel (potential one or two customer or supplier visits per year). * Experience with quality control and ISO. * Prior Inventory Management. * Prior Shipping/Receiving and Material Handling experience.
