What you'll do:

The Receiving Specialist efficiently and safely receives, verifies and organizes all deliveries to Olympia Chimney & Venting as well as preforms cycle counting as needed.
Essential Functions
Must be able to become certified under company guidelines to operate a forklift and to operate all material moving equipment within the facility
Unload trailers, receive deliveries, verify counts, and inspect quality of incoming Materials
Transfer incoming items to storage areas
Assist in moving items from storage areas to stock the Shipping Department, Custom Shop, and Component Shop
Perform cycle counts as necessary and reconcile inventory as needed.
Enter information into Acumatica ERP/Savant ERP system using scan gun, tablet or PC
Work closely with the Director, Manufacturing Operations and Inventory Manager, to prioritize projects and be as productive as possible according to the specific needs of the company
Provide runner services as needed
Maintain working knowledge of storage locations of all components, liners, etc.
