This role is responsible for translating custom electrical and mechanical engineering designs into manufacturable solutions. You will bridge the gap between design and production, ensuring that products are accurately built, thoroughly tested, and seamlessly transitioned into a general manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to guide product builds.
Identify and document design discrepancies by making redline corrections and change recommendations.
Translate technical changes and assembly instructions into clear, understandable formats for production teams and design engineers.
Assemble complex, high-end products as directed by management.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams on the production floor.
Conduct product inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure quality standards are met.

Job Requirements:
Education:
