Key Responsibilities
Receive in raw materials, packaging, and labels at the plant location and 3rd party location
Verify CoA and paperwork matches, then turn CoA into the QC department
Report PO shortages and damages to the OP team
Print GSHIS labels for raw material chemicals and materials received
Create pick tickets for material that are requested to ship to other plants
File incoming paperwork from vendors
Assist Receiving Administrator with costing tickets.
Assist Cycle count administrator with cycle counting
Review monthly reports for raw material and packaging
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Microsoft Office and prior SAP experience; preferred.
Read and comprehend policies, procedures and business related correspondence.
Work 7am-4pm

Job Description
General Summary
Receives and stores materials, supplies, furniture and equipment delivered to the hospital. Job Overview
The Warehouse Assistant is an entry-level position that plays a key role in our day-to-day operations. The Warehouse Assistant ensures customer orders are fulfilled, shipped and received in a timely manner. This employee will assist in general maintenance and cleaning around the facility. The Warehouse Assistant should be customer-oriented, a team player, hard-working, and eager to learn.

Scope of responsibility:
* Shipping and Receiving
* Inspect incoming shipments for damage
* Organize and put away all inventory
* Provide service to customers at the will-call counter
* Building and grounds upkeep
* Removal of recycles from the front office
* Stocking of paper goods for the front office
* Perform all other duties as assigned

Assemble, label, and package prescription orders with precision, ensuring every shipment meets Akina Pharmacy's high standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation as a key customer touchpoint.
Follow Company Protocols and Job Aides:
Adhere to detailed company shipping protocols, job aids, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent and accurate packaging and shipping of all orders.
Manage Shipping Logistics and Accuracy:
Generate and verify shipping labels, coordinate timely outgoing shipments, and monitor tracking to ensure accurate and prompt delivery to customers.
Maintain and Restock Shipping Materials:
Regularly inventory and restock shipping supplies, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace to support uninterrupted operations.
Inspect and Verify Packaging for Accuracy:

Experience and Qualifications
Experience in Shipping or Packaging:
At least 1 year of experience in a shipping, packaging, or similar role, or the ability to learn and execute detailed shipping processes efficiently.

Proven ability to assemble, label, and verify orders with precision while following detailed company protocols or job aids.
Physical Capability and Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages weighing up to 50lb as part of daily responsibilities.
