Plant Inventory Control Associate (12hr shift) The team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage.
Essential Functions
Navigates through an advanced ERP System in order to successfully execute all daily aspects of the “Inbound & Outbound” inventory operations.

About the Job
Primary responsibility for all positions with Cole Hardware is to Amaze Every Customer Every Time. The receiver is responsible for all functions and paperwork relating to receiving. This position operates pallet-jacks, hand-trucks, and other equipment in a safe and proper manner. The warehouse associate must maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for receiving all products entering the store including verifying actual product against packing slips and confirming product integrity as needed. The warehouse associate must initial and code invoices, log invoices, and distribute to appropriate departments. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate receiving records, organization and cleanliness of receiving area and trash areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives all products for the store, inspecting for shortages, overages, damage, and quality using a handheld device or inventory computer system
Examines contents and compares with records, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of shipment.
Reports any receiving discrepancies to Managers and Buyer(s) to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.
Keeps careful invoice files and records and follows established procedures
Works closely with the buying or store management to make arrangements or to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
Follows merchandise pricing and tagging procedures
Delivers or routes products to appropriate departments or storage areas.
Attends all applicable training, and be able to use or be certified in the use of appropriate equipment (including pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.) needed for store or facility.
Maintains courteous relationships with drivers and vendors.
Follows Cole Hardware standards as they pertain to receiving practices.

About Fleet Management Department
The Fleet Management Department (also known as “Central Shops”) provides fleet services to over 70 City departments with a combined municipal fleet of approximately 8,000 units. Central Shops is responsible for asset management, maintenance and repairs, motor pools, fueling services, vehicle acquisitions and disposals, equipment specification writing, fueling, and more. Job Description

About Fleet Management Department
The Fleet Management Department (also known as "Central Shops") provides fleet services to over 70 City departments with a combined municipal fleet of approximately 8,000 units. Central Shops is responsible for asset management, maintenance and repairs, motor pools, fueling services, vehicle acquisitions and disposals, equipment specification writing, fueling, and more. Central Shops operates six maintenance and repair facilities across the City and maintains and repairs various types of vehicles and fleet equipment, ranging from passenger vehicles to highly specialized equipment like fire engines and street sweepers. Role description
Under general supervision, the Parts Storekeeper performs responsible work involving the receipt, inspection, rotation, storage, inventory, ordering, and issuing of a wide variety of automotive, heavy equipment, small machinery, off highway equipment, and/or transit vehicle parts.
Essential functions of the classification include:
* Issuing automotive or transit parts and related materials; assisting in identifying needed items through the use of parts catalogs and materials management/computer systems;
