Responsibilities: * Responsible for establishing delivery/pick up points for all deliveries * Compares invoice with purchase order assuring everything requested is received * Organize received parts * Ensure inventory is accurate, kept up-to-date and maintain communication with managers to avoid setbacks due to parts missing or delayed * Primary contact for parts movement * Pull parts from inventory for work orders. * Maintain accurate documentation of related to parts. * Receiving and shipping coverage as needed. * Establish delivery/pickup points for material/parts/tools ordered. * Excellent knowledge of inventory management * Strong Inventory and Warehousing skills * Operating forklift Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Physically able to lift/move ~40 lbs * Forklift certification * Basic computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook- and ability to learn other software * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S * Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to be a team player * Aviation industry knowledge and experience helpful * Ability to be a team player * Ability to provide quality work * Ability to follow through * Ability to be flexible * Ability to stay self-motivated Job Demands: Work is performed in a Shop environment and requires the ability to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance. Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.Accurately process and document all incoming and outgoing parts and accessories shipments.Safely load and unload delivery vehicles using necessary equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.Organize and store parts and accessories in designated areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and easily accessible.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts warehouse.Coordinate with the Parts Counter team and Service Department to ensure timely parts delivery and efficient inventory management.Prepare and package parts for shipment, including accurate labeling and proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock levels are accurate and properly maintained.Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to the Parts Manager.Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain efficient operations and excellent customer service.Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding shipping and warehouse operations.Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications:Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry.Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs.).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and maintaining inventory.Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Forklift certification is a plus (but not required).Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
