(Depending on Experience) Shift Time: 1st shift: 6:00am -2:30pm (Monday through Friday) RESPONSIBILITIES: PARTS IDENTIFICATION & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Understand the requirement to identify parts using the proper identification methods and equipment indicated by the traveler and/or blueprint preferred. Review traveler or other appropriate documents to determine if the instructions are appropriate. Recommend identification method changes as appropriate. Maintain accurate serialized records. Maintain effective control of shelf-life/cure dated items. Maintain the equipment and supplies necessary to accomplish assigned responsibilities. SHIPPING Prepare parts and/or materials to assure safe handling for shipment including the completion of the necessary paperwork and shipping records. Prepare packaging per specifications for shipment including computer input for necessary labels, forms and shipping records. Interpret shipping instruction as referenced on company documents or customer, government specifications or standards related to preservation and packing. Prepare stencils and mark shipments in a legible manner. Prepare air bills, bills of lading and sales order forms for the carrier and company records. Contact carriers for dispatching shipments, establishing rates or tracing follow‐up information. If required, establish preferred carrier or method of transportation for the most economical and expeditious manner of delivery. Coordinate the shipping schedule to insure customer commitments are met. Plan for future shipments and order materials needed to make shipping containers. Prepare forms and reports. RECEIVING Receive shipments at receiving dock and forward materials to the appropriate team. Weigh or count incoming/outbound parts or materials. Perform data input to update system records and verify all documents for completeness and accuracy. If required, resolve receiving issues and/or identify concerns preventing proper receiving function to take place and coordinate between departments and monitor outside vendor commitments. Support receiving of Electronic Test Equipment parts at DPPA (Designated Parts Pickup Area) for Electronics Lab and processing/notifying appropriate owner of the assets. STOCKROOM Receive material, check/inspect and identify parts by type or part number. Prepare parts for storage and place stock in proper location as directed. Select parts from stock to fill orders according to parts/pick lists. Perform cycle inventory count. Maintain, update and access necessary records utilizing appropriate computer systems. If applicable, execute inventory control systems to add requisition, release requisition, edit, fill shortage and delete requisition. Prioritize workload as needed and perform basic maintenance and care of stockroom equipment. Place order for stockroom supplies and shipping boxes. Keep stockroom in clean and working order - establish 5-S cycle as appropriate and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition. Create visual identification/labels to maintain effective traceability and stock control. Maintain effective control of shelf-life/cure dated items. Maintain effective control of stockroom as bonded room, limit access as appropriate. Observe all safety rules and regulations.

    Job DescriptionDescription: Job Title: Warehouse Worker We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of warehouse functions while rotating through replenishments, secondary, and other distribution-related assignments. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: - Perform all aspects of warehouse functions, including but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. - Rotate through replenishments, secondary, and other distribution-related assignments as needed. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders and shipments. - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. - Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Requirements: Essential Job Duties and responsibilities: Maintain warehouse inventory levels for all orders as directed by DATA NINJA SYSTEM (or as directed by lead or supervisor). Accurately stock product locations with inventory maintaining current productivity standards. Put away inventory from receiving dock to secondary and/or warehouse locations. Consolidate inventory where appropriate. Assist in unloading containers, building pallets, and preparing product for secondary storage and/or various locations including production, assembly and blending. Maintain a clean, safe work environment; sweep the floor, remove debris, pick up pallets, etc. Operate forklifts, stand-up and sit-down lifts, and other warehouse equipment including changing and watering batteries while maintaining safety standards at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must adhere to workplace safety standards in all aspects of the job. Must adhere to all department policies and procedures. Must contribute to a team-working environment. Minimum Qualification Standards: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, using appropriate lifting techniques and tools. Requires the ability to read and write English; must also be able to count and perform basic math. Must have the ability to perform basic data entry into a computer and operate an RF gun. Requires attention to detail and the ability to recognize and correct errors. Must be able to take instructions, follow directions, and meet productivity standards. Must be certified to operate a forklift, stand-up lift machines, and other warehouse equipment. Requires a working knowledge of DATA NINJA. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods. Equipment, Machines, and Software Used: This position requires some use of scales, Ability to interpret machine settings with some understanding of computer functions. Physical Activities and Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds. Requires ability to continually stand and walk for up to 10-hour days.
