About the Role
The Receiving Specialist is a subject-matter expert responsible for leading accurate, efficient, and compliant receiving operations that directly support production and inventory integrity. This role provides advanced ownership of inbound materials processes including receiving, inspection, documentation, discrepancy resolution, and inventory system transactions.

Working Environment

This Position reports to:
Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager
The work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC
Your role and responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing material for storage as per guidelines.
Performs clearance of Confirmation Of Goods Issue Error.
Responsible, as required, for Cycle counting Raw Material components from Floor, Correcting Inventory into ERP, Accuracy on storage Locations, and support warehouse activities.
Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
Performs root cause analysis to identify discrepancies.
Ensures daily contact with Warehouse & Production Supervisors.
Participates in regular inventory control processes.
Qualifications for the role:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ Years of experience in SAP.
3+ Years of experience in Microsoft Tools.
2+ Years of experience in Forklift Driving.
Knowledge and use of tools - tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.
Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
Leadership skills - Ability to Lead a team.
Ability to implement Lean Six Sigma in Processes.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs

Essential Responsibilities:
Comply with store operational requirements by ensuring the following: completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers, accurately completing all associated paperwork.
Job Duties:
Maintain and support Will Call
Stock sales floor to enhance the sales experience for our customers
Organize warehouse to ensure ease of locating product
Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
Assist in the physical inventory process
Demonstrate exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers
Provide support to other duties as assigned
You Must Have:
Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards
We Value:
Previous warehouse or merchandising experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organization, time-management and basic math skills
Previous customer service experience
