When supporting reclamations, ensure all parts are properly cleaned, tagged, and documented accurately. Perform accurate data entry for all parts based on process tags. Verify materials against invoices or packing slips to ensure accuracy. Monitor shelf life of materials and ensure tooling meets load test and calibration requirements. Uphold company policies and standard operating procedures. Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with regulations and best practices. Prepare and review shipments for outside sales customers. Ensure all packages are properly labeled according to carrier requirements. Maintain familiarity with the Ascent Aviation Services Inspection Procedures Manual and Shipping & Receiving SOPs. Communicate effectively with your area of responsibility, keeping team members informed of daily operations, performance indicators, and upcoming plans.
