Shift Schedule: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing delivery/pick up points for all deliveries Compares invoice with purchase order assuring everything requested is received Organize received parts Ensure inventory is accurate, kept up-to-date and maintain communication with managers to avoid setbacks due to parts missing or delayed Primary contact for parts movement Pull parts from inventory for work orders. Maintain accurate documentation of related to parts. Receiving and shipping coverage as needed. Establish delivery/pickup points for material/parts/tools ordered. Excellent knowledge of inventory management Strong Inventory and Warehousing skills Operating forklift Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Physically able to lift/move ~40 lbs Forklift certification Basic computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook- and ability to learn other software Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications: Ability to be a team player Aviation industry knowledge and experience helpful Ability to be a team player Ability to provide quality work Ability to follow through Ability to be flexible Ability to stay self-motivated Job Demands: Work is performed in a Shop environment and requires the ability to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance.
