Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inputting weights, dims and required information into the system accurately
Attaching all required documentation to the shipment along with the correct shipping label
Keep both shipping lines clean and shipments appropriately sorted
Build and shrink wrap skids with weights and dimensions
Communicate with leads and supervisors as needed
Responsible for making sure all shipments are staged and ready for carrier pickup in the assigned location, monitor and assist the carriers as they collect the shipments.
Close out the end of day UPS Manifest
Collect and sort copies of shipped orders to be filed for consolidation or shipments that have been picked up

Inventory is a critical component of our operations. Accurate records and up-to-date inventory quantities are essential to ensure smooth production and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities and Duties
In addition to the above responsibilities, this position will also be responsible for the following.
Receive and organize all biomass and crude deliveries. Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and other appropriate tools as needed to unload trucks and organize goods within the warehouse.
Communicate any issues and nuances with the Purchasing & Inventory Manager and other stakeholders to find a resolution.
Prepare and queue materials needed by pulling them from their respective locations and organizing them in designated areas or delivering them to the appropriate location.
Accurately input data and information into our Enterprise Resource Planning system, Acumatica, as well as Google Sheets and other tracking systems.
Take photos of goods and paperwork being received; capturing detail and context for future reference.
