Renée Jensen has more than 20 years in healthcare leadership within Washington State and deep community roots in Skykomish Valley. She most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer with EvergreenHealth. Previously, Jensen led Summit Pacific Medical Center for more than ten years as their Chief Executive Officer and Superintendent, while executing a successful financial turnaround, construction of a brand new hospital, new medical clinic and implementing framework for a community-focused wellness center.

Jensen is known as an innovative, transparent leader who engages with the community to bring transformational healthcare to the communities she serves. She is a member of the Washington State Hospital Association strategic planning committee and actively involved in many community-based service organizations.

Patrick Ritter is a Revenue Cycle Director at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital and Chief Financial Officer at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital and is based in Snoqualmie, Washington. Ms. Denton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Washington, and a MBA from Jones University. Ms. Denton resides in North Bend with her family and enjoys a variety of recreational activities in the area.

Dr. Thompson joined Snoqualmie Valley Hospital after serving as Swedish Health Services’ Executive Medical Director responsible for building and leading the Swedish Regional Acute Care Division. Prior to joining Swedish, Dr. Thompson served as Professor and Chief of Hospital Medicine and Medical Director for Clinical Care Transitions at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She maintains an Adjunct Professorship there. Prior to her work in Nebraska, she served 13 years on faculty in General Internal Medicine at Harborview Medical Center, developing programs and education in Medicine Consultation. Dr. Thompson is in her fourth year on the national Board of the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) and has been actively involved with SHM Chapter development locally and nationally since 2008. Dr. Thompson earned her BA in Biology & Psychology from Amherst College, and received her MD and MPH degrees from the University of Washington.
