This program is designed to provide aspiring leaders with the flexibility to curate a program towards their interests and goals. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Assist Rooms Managers in overseeing all aspects of daily service, operations, scheduling and staffing. * Assist Rooms Managers in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff. * Ensure that the team maintains a positive attitude and complies with all grooming standards daily.
