Position Overview:
The Software Development Lead will lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Power Platform, and other technologies.
This role will require a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Agile teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Power Platform, and other technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Network and Server admins, to ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing infrastructure.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and coding guidelines.
Manage and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure compliance with security guidelines, including STIGs, and collaborate with development staff to determine and manage best practices, design patterns, coding guidelines, and security guidelines.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to development staff, including code reviews and mentoring.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and UI pages using ServiceNow and Power BI.
Configure and manage outbound REST API and OAuth configurations.
Manage roles and group configurations, ensuring best practices and security guidelines are followed.
Lead and mentor a team of developers with limited experience in Power Apps, providing guidance and training to help them develop their skills.
Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals.
Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and other APIs.
Develop and implement Power Automate workflows, including triggers, actions, and conditions.
Create and manage Power BI reports, including data modeling, visualization, and dashboards.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or 3-5 years of experience with Power Platform.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including Network and Server admins.
Knowledge of MS Power Apps, with experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom business applications.
Knowledge of SharePoint List and Permission management, as well as Microsoft 365, including Forms and app integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile methodology, with ScrumMaster certification or equivalent experience.
Experience with STIGs, especially for Applications, and ability to collaborate with development staff to determine and manage best practices, design patterns, coding guidelines, and security guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience with major area of concentration in computer science, software engineering, computer programming or artificial intelligence
5+ years of directly related experience in database development using Databricks, Python, SQL, YAML, Power BI / Power Query

We are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to lead new project initiatives, with a primary focus on civil and structural design elements. The Civil/Structural Engineering - Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering components. This individual will apply their expertise in structural engineering principles and practices to develop innovative solutions across a diverse range of projects, including support structures, concrete foundations, and steel structural systems.
The Civil/Structural Engineering - Technical Lead will lead a sub-team of engineers and technical staff to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Requirements
· Perform, review, comment, and approve engineering design and structural analysis for steel structures and concrete foundations
· Collect, review, interpret, and integrate design requirements from customers, suppliers, and the parent company
· Prepare and review engineering technical requirements to support the overall project proposal and bid strategy
· Engage in technical conversations with customers on behalf of the Civil/Structural Team to address project needs and provide expert guidance
· Collaborate with all stakeholders, including Supply Chain Management, Quality Controls, Construction Services, Project Management, and other Engineering Teams in prioritizing and resolving any issues related to Mitsubishi's scope of supply.
· Support the simplification and standardization of product designs to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
· Enhance structural design standards for turbine generator foundations, air intake filter houses, equipment enclosures, and piping supports
· Conduct regular meetings with international engineering partners to ensure successful design implementation
· As assigned, lead periodic reviews of the civil/structural team's execution schedule, expedited engineering activities, escalated critical needs, and reported on the technical delivery status of the project.
· Train designated engineers in performing structural analysis, preparing calculation reports, and applying sound engineering judgment.
· Monitor and assess the workload of Civil/Structural team members, proactively communicating with the team manager to balance assignments and maintain efficiency.
· Prepare and review budgets, bids, technical requirements, and commercial requirements
· Ensure arrangement and foundation interface information meets requirements
· Interface with internal and external teams to ensure that design interface information for structural commodities is accurate and properly accounted for
· Offer insights to the team manager on individual performance of assigned Civil/Structural personnel to inform evaluations and foster continuous improvement.
· Collaborate in recruiting and onboarding qualified candidates to strengthen the Civil/Structural team's capabilities.
· Bachelor's degree (BS) in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related engineering field. Experience in gas turbine design, auxiliary systems, nuclear engineering, or foundations for rotating equipment is strongly preferred.
· Strong familiarity with ASCE 7, IBC, AISC 360, ACI 318, OSHA, and industry standards. Familiarity with AISC 341, ACI 351, DIN 4024, ISO 1940 is a plus.
· Smart Plant 3D/ Tekla/ Revit: Familiarity with concepts fundamental to creation of integrated design in a 3D environment and extraction of technical detail is desired.
· STAAD. Pro/ SAP2000/ GT Strudl: Familiarity with Structural Design tools is desired.
· AutoCAD/ MicroStation: Familiarity with 2D CAD drafting tools is desired.
· Travel - up to 10%. May include occasional oversees travel as needed by the business
