Sensient Colors LLC is looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Intern that will report to our Maintenance Management team. We offer the opportunity to gain direct experience in a manufacturing environment along with exposure to capital projects during this summer. The internship will be based out of our St. Louis facility near downtown St. Louis. Position is a paid internship. What You'll Do: Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Systems. Preventative Maintenance scope and vendor quotes Inventory management audits and upgrades. Equipment and asset identification and labeling. Documentation research and organization. Equipment vendor research and compatibility. Capital Project management assistance. Hands-on assistance with Maintenance Engineers and Project Engineers. Good professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. Able to work independently and as part of a team on a broad variety of projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, AutoCad and Internet Explorer. Well-organized, detail-oriented and a initiative-taker. Ability to execute, multi-task and thrive in an extremely fast paced, high growth environment. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner. A bachelor's degree in-process within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Intern applicants must be at a minimum status of a junior level and working toward a four-year degree Engineering program.
