YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT / SOLAR SALES REP
This full- or part-time call center position typically works during the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
As a Customer Support / Solar Sales Rep, you are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. In this role, you manage incoming calls and emails from current and potential customers as well as send follow-up messages when appropriate. Using your knowledge of our products and the industry, you thoroughly answer our customers' questions and promote the value of solar energy.
If a customer seems unhappy with their products, you work with them to find a solution that better fits their needs. With a knack for sales, you do what you can to recruit new customers and keep the current ones onboard. You find satisfaction in smashing your goals and promoting a greener form of energy!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 1+ years of experience in solar sales
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or 1+ years of making outbound calls in a customer support role
- Positive, friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
