    The "Outdoor Material Handler" Warehouse Helper handles all incoming and outgoing Construction materials to and from the warehouse. The individual is solely responsible for all of the essential functions listed below. This position is under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager. Working hours: 6:00am- 2:30pm. **Position Details** + Coordinates all outbound and inventories inbound materials. + Receiving and shipping: receives stock, loads/unloads goods; ensures goods are handled safely and placed in the designated areas. + Uses a forklift, hand truck and carts to move materials. + Stages outgoing items to facilitate a smooth loading of items onto trucks. + Organizes designated areas in the shop for outbound and incoming materials. + Keeps warehouse items neatly organized to facilitate ordering of new inventory and ease of locating parts/materials. + Communicates with Warehouse Manager and other designated personnel the statuses of outgoing materials and receipt of delivered items. **Qualifications** + 4-6+ years of experience with all of the essential functions listed above. + Ability to use a forklift + Must have experience strapping and tying down loads. + Must be willing and able to work outdoors + Ability to walk, stand, lift, push and pull for the entirety of the work shift. + Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation required (or in progress, with some exam sections completed).
