    Fulltime Speech Therapist Pathologist Contract 13 weeks or longer Job Title: Speech Therapist Prepared By: 1 Legacy, Inc. Department: Provide comprehensive evaluation for the Speech Language diagnoses for patients/residents with communication and/or swallowing deficits. Provide written reports to contracted facilities or agency and patient/ resident's physician. Establish and carry out treatment programs, which will meet the patient/resident's functional communicative/swallow needs. Interact regularly with other members of the rehabilitation team and medical staff on patient/resident's treatment plan, progress and prognosis.
