As an HRSG Technical Support, you will develop Aftermarket project activity by building professional relationships with plant personnel, acquiring technical knowledge of assigned plants and the plant history, visiting assigned plant sites once or twice per year and making sure they know we are available for questions, and ensuring assigned plants receive and understand N/E Service Bulletins. You will handle all service calls from assigned plants, ensure each plant receives prompt, knowledgeable, and applicable responses from Nooter/Eriksen as required, quote and manage projects regarding sale of parts, engineering services, and inspection services, and assist with review of work assigned to and completed by Aftermarket Engineers.
Additional responsibilities include negotiating pricing and delivery requirements for spare parts with suppliers and working with the Aftermarket team to decide how to best provide resources to the plant personnel to assure satisfaction.
You will need to become technically competent in the general aspects of the design and operation of an HRSG including thermal datasheets, coil configurations, types of valves and where they are used, coil supports, casing penetrations, start-up of the HRSGs, duct burners, CO, and SCR catalyst and become technically competent in the typical commercial offerings of the Nooter/Eriksen Aftermarket department.

Job Description
Position Purpose:
This position provides specialized transportation and disposal services to our clients. Responsibilities include manifesting, packaging, spill response, labeling, loading/unloading, coordinating transportation, and sampling/profiling material while adhering to state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Primary Duties/responsibilities:
Sample waste streams according to prescribed policies and procedures.
Manifesting, packaging, spill clean-up response and remedial activities, labeling, loading, off loading, and coordinating transportation.
Maintain a professional image to clients by answering inquiries and suggesting solutions to existing/potential problems.
Comply and enforce all compliance, health, safety, and procedures in accordance with VES-TS policies.
Become familiar with all U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT)/Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and VES-TS regulations required in submitting paper work to expedite disposal of hazardous waste.
Operate and maintain all equipment in a professional manner to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
Performs sampling, pipeline transfers, inventories and barge inspections including line condition surveys. Performs vessel inspections under the direct supervision of a Senior Inspector. Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities

Acts as a Company representative in the field. Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities as per company policies and procedures. Maintains regular contact with Operations Department to receive work orders and schedules.
Effectively communicates all aspects of assigned job duties. Maintains regular contact with Operations Department, terminals, and vessel to avoid delays or conflicts.
Obtains, labels and transports samples to the laboratory in a timely manner as required by each specific job assignment.
Maintains assigned inspection equipment in good working order and ensures equipment is properly calibrated and stored.
Measures (gauge and temperature) products and performs all required field calculations per the API Standards, completes all required field documentation and submits reports to the Operations Department in a timely manner.
Performs specialized inspection services such as loss control, wall washings or confined space entry upon receiving required training.
Assists in the training of Probationary and Junior Inspectors.

Workday may consist of 8-12 hours; however, this can vary day to day or shift to shift. Process Control / Technical Service Engineers can work on a wide array of projects in support of the process control systems installed throughout the refinery and products movements areas. The process control systems in the refinery provide real-time control and data acquisition functions in support of operating the refinery process and electrical equipment.
