Responsibilities:
Implementation of software quality standards across multiple programs

Role Requirements:
3-5+ years of professional experience in softwareengineering, with a focus on building and operating backend systems.
3+ years of professional experience primarily with Python and/or Go in a production environment.
Experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices.
Experience with building and deploying services using microservices, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications

Role Overview
As a SoftwareEngineer on the mac OS team, you'll help build and scale Speechify's core desktop experience for millions of users. You'll own significant parts of our mac OS app architecture, ship production-ready code, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams across the company.

What You'll Do
Lead key engineering and product decisions for the mac OS app.
Write, test, and ship production-quality code that scales to millions of users.
Maintain and evolve complex app architecture with a focus on performance and stability.

Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions.
