As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging line. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic responsible for primarily mechanical repairs on various equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, including swapping out drives and 3-phase motors, and work on mobile equipment such as forklifts and skid steers. Your role will also involve light fabrication and changing out hydraulic cylinders. The tasks are primarily mechanical, with a small portion involving electrical work.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct mechanical repairs on conveyor systems and mobile equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors and drives.
+ Replace hydraulic hoses and perform light fabrication on skid steers.
+ Change out blades and augers on shredder machines.
