+ Welders will be stationed at a table with materials and prints to be followed. + They will be trained for the first week or two and tasked with welding various parts and materials together. + They will work directly with the shift lead and supervisors and also other co-workers. As they grow into the position they will be tasked with more projects and responsibilities.

Join a specialized division that focuses on large-scale commercial services, including framing, insulation, drywall sheathing, finishes, and acoustics. You will be part of a team that serves clients across Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. **Responsibilities**
+ Build wall and ceiling structures and install insulation to prepare surfaces for finishing.
+ Hang drywall, tape, mud, sand, and ensure smooth surfaces for a quality finish.
+ Work with materials such as FRP, EIFS, stucco, and metal panels for sheathing and exterior finishes.
+ Install suspended ceilings and acoustic panels.
+ Collaborate closely with foremen, drywall finishers, ceiling mechanics, and laborers to ensure project success.
+ Follow OSHA standards and maintain safe practices on job sites.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in drywall, framing, and carpentry.
+ Strong leadership and project management skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Understanding of safety compliance and quality control.
+ Risk management and conflict resolution skills.
