REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years' experience in construction estimating with a construction management or general contracting firm.
Proven ability to provide pursuit leadership.
Market experience is preferred, but not all required in Healthcare, Higher Education, Sports/Entertainment, Commercial, Municipal and Hospitality.
Experience in effectively leading preconstruction teams to win work.
Experience in developing and implementing value engineering solutions to drive down costs while maintaining quality.
Working knowledge of trades: scope, time frames, field execution and potential risks/exposures.
Demonstrate understanding and knowledge about estimating processes and delivery methods.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and own the social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create brand-specific strategies that ladder up to overall company goals.
Build and manage monthly content calendars for each brand.
Identify new platform opportunities, trends, and social innovations to keep brands competitive and culturally relevant.
Content Creation & Execution
Write, design, and publish high-quality content tailored to each brand's voice and audience.
Work with in-house Videographer and Photographer to produce video content for short-form and long-form platforms.
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interactions.
Collaborate with internal creative teams, product teams, and external partners to maintain consistent brand identity.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, UGC, and paid creator content as needed.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs for each brand-including reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future content.
Maintain dashboards and monthly performance summaries for leadership review.
Use data to continuously refine strategy and improve ROI.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with marketing leadership to align social media with broader campaigns and launches.
Coordinate with eCommerce, Brand, and Creative teams to support promotions, product releases, and storytelling needs.
Partner with Customer Service when needed to maintain positive community experiences.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
3-5+ years of social media experience, managing multiple brands, preferred.

Attends internal and external (with owners and designers) project meetings to provide field progress reports, awareness of challenges faced, and help problem-solve on construction activities.
Manages the installation of the work in the field to the quality standards required for the project.
Supports the success of the project team, specifically upcoming Superintendents, by sharing lessons learned and training/mentoring; acts as a career advocate.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years' experience in the healthcare construction industry on large and complex projects
Experience leading large healthcare projects greater than or equal to $500 million
