All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks.     Order Pullers are responsible for pulling the correct items in correct quantities for each retail store, as indicated on the packing slips for each order. They have good attention to detail, the ability to inspect for quality and quantity, as well as strong communication skills for notifying the line leader of issues, prior to packaging. The Order Puller may also be responsible to perform other duties assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for pulling the accurate item and quantity as indicated on the packing slip Count large quantities of items accurately Maintain an organized workspace Notify Line Leader of any discrepancies on pull line Perform Quality Control Inspections while pulling Walk assigned pull lines to ensure accuracy of orders Assemble boxes Package signage Assist with Preparation and Fabrication All other duties as requested, including supporting other departments Requirements Education and Experience: Experience with order pulling or assembling pieced goods is desirable, but not required Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Detail-orientated Ability to understand and follow instructions with minimal supervision Proficient verbal and written communication skills Adhere to company procedures and standards Proficient math skills Ability to pass a basic skills test Work scheduled mandatory weekends and overtime Required to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Work well on a team and contribute positively to GSP culture Physical demands: Standing: Standing for entire assigned shift Lifting: Raising or lowering an object from one level to another (Includes upward pulling) of up to 50 lbs Carrying: Transporting an object, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
