Under the general direction of the Counseling Center clinical staff, the case manager promotes holistic student wellness, by meeting students individually or in other forums (classrooms, division meetings, programming) and helping students gain awareness of and access to solutions to their barriers to academic success. This position requires a variety of skills involving case management, crisis intervention, triage, outreach, and consultation. Case management may include linking with providers and maintaining lists of relevant referral sources, supporting treatment planning efforts, coordinating care needs, navigating on campus barriers and submission of documents (financial aid, emergency withdrawal, post-hospitalization success planning, accommodations with disability support), conducting follow-ups to ensure referral connection was made/care received and assist in removing barriers to care. College/Department Overview The Center for Counseling and Well-Being (CCWB) provides comprehensive support for student well-being and engages in a health promotion approach to prevention. The CCWB Counseling Center provides confidential services to help students resolve emotional difficulties, improve personal skills, overcome the effects of trauma or grief, decrease substance use and achieve their intellectual, personal and creative potential. The CCWB Case Management program assists students in identifying and accessing resources that promote well-being and academic success. In addition to prevention programming, the CCWB Health Promotion program participates in Healthy Campus, Broncho Barkers, the Healthy Hooves Hut, and Peer Health Leadership. International students must be enrolled full-time to be eligible to work as a student employee. Full-time enrollment is 9 credit hours for graduates and 12 credit hours for undergraduates. Job DescriptionSalary: The CWC Case Manager will understand and model the mission of NSO. The CWC Case Manager will understand and practice NSOs policy on confidentiality with respect to all NSO information. The CWC Case Manager will exhibit professional behavior in all facets of work at NSO. The CWC Case Manager will exhibit teamwork with all NSO staff. Under the supervision of the Transitional Living Programs Manager, the CWC Case Manager is responsible for managing NSOs Transitional Housing Program (TLP) at the Carolyn Williams Center (CWC) for young men aged 18-23. The TLP offers a total of 16 individual beds to young men from the Oklahoma City Metro area. The program is designed to assist each resident in achieving personal and financial self-sufficiency by aiding in resolving a range of barriers to self-sufficiency. A fundamental goal of this program is to assist clients in gaining permanent housing and the necessary life skills to reduce the risk of future occurrences of homelessness in their lives. We also seek to assist those suffering from generational poverty by helping them be better equipped with strategies, tools, and a recent set of success stories of their own to build on. The CWC Case Manager ensures an empowering environment providing safety, structure, crisis intervention, advocacy, and problem-solving with residents. The Bilingual Crisis Contact Specialist is a dual-role position responsible for providing support through both phone and chat. This role serves the 988 NBU Suicide & Crisis Lifeline as well as the Disaster Distress Helpline. The Bilingual Crisis Contact Specialist provides call, chat, and text support to individuals in crisis, ensuring timely intervention, risk assessment, emotional support, and referral to appropriate resources, while maintaining compliance with HeartLine and national standards. To be considered for this role, applicants must reside in Oklahoma. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to crisis calls, chats, and texts, providing emotional support, assessment, crisis intervention, and appropriate referrals in a consistent and non-judgmental manner. Maintain a 5% or lower abandonment rate per month. Complete and pass all required 988 Lifeline Core/Introduction Clinical Counseling/Simulation training annually on the 988 Lifeline Learning Portal. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct patient intake assessments inclusive of FBA and curricular assessments and assist in the on-boarding of new patients Develop the initial treatment plan and make regular program modifications Write treatment protocols and behavior support plans Communicate regularly with parents to facilitate the clinical objectives of the patient's treatment plan Meet regularly with the Clinic Manager to review treatment plans, discuss case conceptualization, and problem solve any barriers to patient progress Oversee a team of RBTs including regular supervision of treatment, ongoing training, support and mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations (informal and formal) Conduct regular parent training to ensure treatment fidelity across caregivers and promote generalization of skills across environments Develop managerial and leadership skills on an ongoing basis Support quality assurance measures by collecting IOA, treatment fidelity data, and reviewing RBT clinical notes Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to identify and plan for RBTs requiring additional training outside of regularly scheduled supervision Provide supervision and oversight to apprentices/individuals pursuing certification Participate in the development and dissemination of educational and ongoing development initiatives Maintain BCaBA certification by renewing certification as mandated by BACB/state regulatory body Demonstrate a high level of engagement in company culture (i.e., a "culture champion"), including but not limited to robust understanding of Cultivate's Mission and Culture Attend meetings and trainings as required Participate in companywide projects or initiatives Maintain applied skills to be able to model for supervisee's, as necessary Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies Must be ready and available to work during regular business hours Adhere to Cultivate policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Two (2) years of experience in functional discipline preferred Minimum of one (1) year experience within ABA Bachelors in ABA At least two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks BCaBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Familiarity with the field of early intervention preferred Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA Desire to work with children

How You'll Make a Difference Our Oklahoma City clinical team is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee client ABA programs. Our behavior analysts conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments, interpret the results, and design comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Our behavior analysts also provide training and supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs and others responsible for the implementation of intervention and monitors client progress through data-based progress monitoring.
