We are looking for a Account Resolution Advocate (Collector) to join our team! The salary range for this position is $20.24 to 25.29 per hour based on skills and experience. This position is classified as On-Site.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
This position is responsible for minimizing risk and maximizing recovery of delinquent and potentially delinquent accounts for the credit union while establishing WIN-WIN solutions, building relationships, and providing excellent member service. The Account Resolution Advocate will interview members to learn reasons for loan delinquency and seek resolutions.
The Account Resolution Advocate will assist employees in the Account Resolutions Department and all appropriate internal credit union partners. Conducts daily business interactions and maintains constant alignment with OnPath's mission, culture, and core values. Encourages others to act with mission, culture, and core values in mind always. Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment in the absence of specific direction from management. Ensures value through decision making that supports credit union goals and interests. Passionately displays a desire to build rapport and expand relationships with all members both internally and externally. Stays informed on OnPath's products and services to provide the right recommendations to the right members at the right time. Promotes and maintains a positive image of the credit union to peers, members, and communities we serve.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiates and administers collection actions on member accounts that are negative or at risk of default or delinquent. reviews and works the collection queue(s) daily to determine reason for delinquency and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
Documents all actions taken, including telephone conversations, payment arrangements and correspondence, in collection package, to ensure all information is accurate and the integrity of the database is maintained.
Negotiates and coordinates payment arrangements with member(s); initiates loan modifications and work-out agreements including preparation of appropriate supporting documentation and recommendations for review and approval.
Reviews accounts for completion of due diligence and makes recommendations for repossession and charge off in accordance with credit union policy.
Maintains a strong and current understanding of laws, regulations, credit union policies and procedures regarding collection activities. Utilizes various internet skip tracing tools to locate members when contact cannot be made and/or their location is unknown and pulls credit bureau reports.
Ensures the security and confidentiality of private member information.
Identifies and recommends improvement of procedures and processes involving job functions to management.
Advises leadership of cases requiring special attention.
May be required to attend classes and/or seminars to expand knowledge and expertise.
Overcomes objections and demonstrates creative thinking to come up with solutions.
Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems with successful outcomes.
Works diligently to meet or exceed collection goals established by management.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Actively learning by understanding the implications of new and existing information for current and future problem solving and decision-making. Applies logic to analyze information. Notices when data appears wrong or incomplete or needs verification.
Works as a team within the department to meet the overall credit union goals for delinquency and charge off ratios.
Experience:
Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
High school education or GED

A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
Other Skills
Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, federal, state, and local laws, statutes, regulations, codes, and standards related to the area of responsibility is necessary. Proficiency with database software and the MS Office suite is also required. The ability to keep promises and commitments is essential, as is earning and maintaining the trust of others by acting consistently with words and actions. Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Job Summary
Odyssey House Detox Program is currently looking for a full-time bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed/Licensed-Eligible Social Worker or Counselor. The schedule is M-F 8am to 5pm, rotating holidays and weekends as needed. The Counselor will provide specialized services for the assigned caseload, provide core and ancillary group therapies weekly, individual counseling and when appropriate, family therapy. The Counselor has the main responsibility of maintaining communication with the referral source, court systems, and other involved human service providers as related to the client's ongoing treatment and discharge planning. The Counselor is responsible for working within the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment planning, treatment case reviews, and all written documentation as required by the agency, state and federal courts, and all funding sources.
Responsibilities and Duties
It is the duty and responsibility of the Counselor to:
provide Clinical services to assigned clients; conduct weekly group therapies, individual counseling and/or family therapy as outlined in treatment plans; co-lead group therapies; conduct family assessments/therapy;
function as a liaison to outside agencies, participate in case planning conferences, and treatment meetings and, when necessary, attend court hearings and represent the agency and client(s);
maintain contact with and is available to Agency personnel, client's drug court officer, and family members regarding client's progress, problems and crises;
maintain clinical case file for each client to include: assessments, Individual Treatment Plans,
Case notes, and discharge summaries;
apply ASAM Criteria to treatment planning;
maximize units of services and maintain contract units of service by working with clients to stay engaged in treatment;
provide crisis management when indicated by client need;
assist with the planning and organization of therapeutic client actives both at and outside of the facility;
ensure all written reports are up-to-date in case file;
ensure completion of electronic medical record documentation;
attend staff and other meetings;
attend regularly scheduled in-service training;
participate in quarterly training with staff;
complete all Incident Reports prior to the end of scheduled shift as required by Incident Policy and Procedure;
adhere to all Louisiana Department of Health and Agency contract requirements;
maintain COA standards and participate in COA site audits;
collaborate with other departments;
work with Bayou Health providers for initial authorization and concurrent authorizations;
ensure that all sign in sheets are printed for group and all groups are batched for billing; and
perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum qualifications include the following:
Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work or Counseling
A valid Louisiana State issued license in either counseling or social work
At least 1 year of substance use disorder treatment modalities (emphasis on Minnesota Model) and DSM-V experience
Excellent communication skills

The Substance Use Counselor provides professional, in-person substance-use counseling and recovery support to veterans participating in the GPD Transitional Housing Program. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, individualized Recovery plan, group and individual counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with VA and community providers. The counselor ensures compliance with confidentiality regulations (HIPAA & 42 CFR Part 2), VA GPD guidelines, and agency clinical standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule: In-person only. Monday-Friday after 5:00 PM, up to 4 hours/day. Three group sessions per week as scheduled.
Clinical Counseling & Assessment
Conduct substance-use assessments, screenings, and biopsychosocial evaluations.
Develop individualized Support plan based on client needs and recovery goals.
Provide evidence-informed substance use recovery support services (group and individual), in person, using approved curricula (e.g.,
Living in Balance, Matrix, Seeking Safety
) and trauma-informed practices
Provide crisis intervention and de‑escalation support.
Facilitate two 90-minute recovery support groups per week and maintain 6-8 individual recovery support sessions per week, as scheduled.
Monitor participant engagement and progress and adjust recovery support goals and activities as appropriate.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation per program standards and legal requirements.
Submit screening summaries, recovery support plans, progress notes, and incident reports within required timelines (notes within 24 hours; recovery support plan within 7 days of first service).
Ensure all services comply with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Louisiana licensure/board rules, and organizational policy.
If serving non‑VA‑eligible (“humanitarian”) clients only, maintain full separation from GPD services (no mixed groups, no GPD charting, no GPD funds/space/time).
If services include GPD participants, adhere to approved GPD Scope of Work and any VA‑approved modification.
Care Coordination
Collaborate with GPD Case Managers, VA Behavioral Health/SUD programs, and community providers using warm handoffs and signed releases.
Support veterans in accessing behavioral-health services, recovery resources, and medical/psychiatric care.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations (without duplicating VA treatment).
Advocacy & Support
Advocate for veterans' behavioral-health needs within healthcare systems.
Promote recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed, and culturally responsive care.
Provide staff education on SUD, lifesaving services, relapse‑prevention, withdrawal management, and MAT basics.
Professional Development & Community Collaboration
Maintain currency with evidence-based practices, including ASAM-informed placement awareness, MAT awareness, opioid use disorder support strategies, and harm reduction.
Participate in required training, supervision, and continuing education.
Collaborate with community partners on recovery initiatives and opioid education.

Perform other clinically appropriate tasks assigned by the Program Director.
CRISIS & RESOURCE COORDINATION
Respond promptly to client crises; implement safety strategies and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.

Coordination: Warm handoffs completed within 3 business days when indicated; releases on file.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Master's in social work or counseling; LCSW or LPC preferred. PLPC/LMSW considered with active board‑approved supervision plan.
2-4 years' experience providing substance use recovery support, counseling, or care coordination (Veterans and/or co-occurring disorders preferred).
Familiarity with ASAM, evidence‑based group facilitation, documentation standards, and 42 CFR Part 2.
Strong communication, documentation, and crisis‑management skills.

Dermatology Skincare Professional (DSHP) plays a critical role in driving revenue for the Consumer Care business unit. The Dermatology Skincare Specialist is responsible for promoting Galderma's consumer skincare portfolio products, services to Health Care Providers (HCPs) and other offer key office staff members in order to create increased product demand within assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards to increase patient demand of consumer skincare portfolio through targeted strategies at the HCP office level
Participate in face-to-face sales calls with HCPs (healthcare professionals), distribution of product samples, and attendance at company/company sponsored meetings; some meetings may occur during evening or weekend hours; travel may be necessary
Meet or exceed goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other KPIs (key performance indicators) such as HCP satisfaction surveys, coupon redemption, POS, etc. within assigned territory
Utilize sales tools, resources, and supporting analysis to identify trends and to effectively identify and execute action plans
Record sales call notes, tracking samples, and other territory management activities through company data reporting system; other administrative duties may be assigned
Manage appropriate utilization of resources such as budget, samples, and peer to peer programs to engage and create impact with healthcare professionals.
Work within given geography to develop relationships with providers and their staff
Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed based on organization and regional needs

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required
Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience preferred
Demonstrate strong track record of consistent documented success (such as sales performance)
Possess valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to travel overnight as needed is required
Strong business acumen including excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
Ability to build strong relationships, service the total office, and add value with every interaction
Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment, virtual interaction technology, and familiar with CRM software

Work directly with residents in early recovery, providing structure and support to residents seeking to establish long-term recovery from a substance use disorder.
Ensure residents, staff and visitors sign in and out of building in and are searched in compliance with program policy and procedures.
Ensure resident egress from facility with approved passes.
Ensure resident access to phones, mail, packages and visitors with approved passes.
Address all incoming phone calls in compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements. Record accurate and detailed messages. Facilitate communication of messages to appropriate staff.
Track completion of resident chores. Address resident concerns promptly as needed.
Wash, dry and stow linens.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of support stations.

· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid CIT certification
· Currently enrolled in a Clinical Social Work or Counseling Master's Degree program
· At least 1 year of substance use disorder treatment modalities (emphasis on Minnesota Model) and DSM-V experience
· Excellent communication skills
· RAC, CAC, PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, CIT, LAC
Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Valid state licensure / certification necessary to practice in this role: LPC, LAC or CIT
• Excellent observational, collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
• Ability to set strong boundaries and maintain absolute confidentiality

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client
• Conduct individual, group, family and couple therapy sessions
• Take responsibility for all clinical needs, services, and aftercare for your client caseload
• Prevent, intervene and de-escalate in event of a crisis
• Maintain impeccable documentation of client challenges, progress, relapse risk, and intervention
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, treatment team and family for seamless coordination of care
• Model ethics, morality and recovery principles in every professional interaction - honesty,
accountability, dignity and respect
