Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Ground Operations Compliance intern, you will:
* Participate in the Ground Operations quality assurance program by traveling to various airports to conduct ground handling station operation audits for above-wing, below-wing, and fueling activities
* Travel will be required (estimated at 50%)
* Conduct data analysis of collected quality assurance program and other Ground Operations data to identify policy and procedural needs and subsequently assist with implementation of supporting programs
* Regularly communicate and provide updates to various departments, vendors, and senior leadership to improve performance and integrate change
* Develop and complete a project focusing on Ground Operations quality assurance or related Ground Operations discipline
* Enhance safety promotion by acting as an ambassador of the SMS within the Ground Operations organization
* Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines

As a Human Resources Intern, you will:
* Gather and analyze data to develop reporting tools and resources in areas related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, succession planning, turnover, compensation, and benefits
* Automate HR workflows in UKG and develop dashboards for key talent acquisition processes (candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding), leveraging AI to reduce administrative tasks and improve data accuracy while serving as liaison between HR and IT for seamless integration
* Support employee relations by participating by responding to employee inquiries, helping to resolve basic issues, and assisting with employee investigations as needed
* Assist with preparing reports and presentations for HR metrics and leadership reviews
* Partner with HR and IT teams to assist with optimizing HR Case Management platform (ServiceNow) to improve the end-user experience
* Assist with automation projects for our HRIS and HR Case Management platform to make HR processes more efficient
* Support integration efforts for our HR Case Management platform to ensure smooth implementation of automated workflows and facilitate communication between technical and HR teams
* Support Total Rewards and HR Business Partner teams through market research on compensation and annual audits of position descriptions

Mechanical Engineering and Design Internship
nVent's Mechanical Engineering and Design Intern will develop leadership and engineering skills through a variety of projects and experiences, formal & information training, and leadership opportunities. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Intern, you will:
Develop modules on the ServiceNow platform, including:
Configuration Management Database, Discovery, and Asset Management
Application Portfolio Management
Service Mapping
Event Management
Third party integrations
Identify and build improvements to leverage self-service, automation, and AI throughout the IT Service Management workgroup, including the IVR and virtual agent
Mature the fractal-like definition of CMDB and the Common Services Data Model and the observability practice using Dynatrace combined with integrations in ServiceNow
Build dashboards within ServiceNow that accurately reflect key performance indicators (KPI) performance
Reporting on industry-standard IT key performance indicators across all IT workgroups
Leverage Usability and process-improvement best-practices in designing and implementing all work
Participate in the seasonal station re-opening process to identify related opportunities
Build processes, procedures, and best practices to satisfy all regulatory and requirements including SOX and PCI
Adhere to industry-standard IT Service Management best-practices for ITIL and ITOM and accepted development and deployment standards during the entire development process
Adhere to Sun Country brand standards as outlined by the Brand & Marketing teams

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking an Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern to join our team. This position provides hands-on experience for students pursuing higher education in alcohol and drug counseling. This position will support harm reduction and recovery-based services for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs. Under supervision, they will gain experience conducting comprehensive assessments, facilitating individual and group counseling sessions, providing psychoeducation, and supporting treatment planning and clinical documentation. They will also have the opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary team while developing skills in person-centered, low-barrier care approaches.

Main Job Duties:
* Participate in comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and discharge plans under supervision and according to established deadlines.
* Assist with client intake, admission paperwork, and program orientation.
* Coordinate services with other providers in the community to ensure clients have access to necessary resources.
* Facilitate treatment coordination by recognizing client needs and facilitating access to available resources.
* Provide group and individual counseling addressing various client needs and health issues.
* Attend clinical care consults as scheduled.

Requirements
Required Education
* Currently enrolled in an accredited Alcohol & Drug Counseling program.
