They under staff houses an say thats ok even when the consumers is says 1 on 1 supervision 24-7 an you have an theres 3 I dividuals an they require nursing to be present with 2 staff an they justify having we staff with no nurse they bend the rules as lo.g as it is in thier best interest but when something g happens then they bla.e the staff for doing what they approved us to do but they deny it an throw the staff under the bus. I wouldn't have my child here unless they were under my care.
