Attorneys' duties include but are not limited to:

* Attorneys are to establish and maintain an attorney-client relationship with their client.
* Attorneys are to conduct thorough, continuing, and independent investigations and interviews at every stage of the proceedings on behalf of their client. Attorneys shall utilize the services of law firm social workers, investigators, paralegals and parent partners as necessary. Attorneys are to file pleadings, motions, responses, or objections as necessary on behalf of their client.
LADL attorneys go through a multi-tiered training period to prepare them for the stimulating and electric atmosphere of the 28 courtrooms in Monterey Park.
Requirements:

Direct patient to patient travel coordinator and provide information on travel related benefits.
Provide medical ethics, telephone etiquette, office, administrative, and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties.
Provide positive, courteous and professional customer service support to patients and MTF staff.
Initiate, receive, and coordinate (telephone/computer/written) communication between beneficiaries, team members, internal staff and providers, network/outside providers and ancillary health care workers regarding specialty clinic appointments and referrals.

Roto-Rooter is currently seeking Outside Sales Representatives for both our Excavation and Water Restoration departments. Ideal candidates will actively pursue sales opportunities and qualified leads provided by field service technicians and call centers. Responsibilities
All Roto-Rooter Outside Sales Representatives will be responsible for the following while the individual department breakdown responsibilities will be different.
Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.
Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Excavation Sales Responsibilities:
The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial customers.
The Sales Representative will conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement.
Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities:
The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market.
The Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.
Requirements
A valid driver's license
Strong customer service focus
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Plumbing experience is not necessary or required
Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
A Working knowledge of common software programs
Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered

Roto-Rooter provides an initial 12 weeks of paid training plus continual training in our plumbing school. You'll earn while you learn the trade, and we'll guide you through the plumber licensing process to help you advance.
Responsibilities
Roto-Rooter plumbing apprentices/service technicians utilize their skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
A plumbing service call commences with diagnosing issues and offering cost estimates to finalize the transaction.
Make the necessary repairs for the customer.
Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smart phone.
Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
Requirements
A valid driver's license.
Excellent communications skills.
A mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
