Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and reporting and remittance requirements.
Process and oversee monthly union reporting to ensure timely reporting and remittance of all funds due.
Facilitate audit process by assisting with any documentation or support requests.
Work with management to resolve any disputes or discrepancies in earnings, benefits, or deductions.
Create weekly and monthly reports for management use in monitoring the Company's payroll.
Assist with the preparation of appropriate accountability measures to ensure that the payroll process is operating effectively.
Work with operations, human resources, accounting, and the CFO to continuously improve our processes and provide accurate and timely information to our operations team.
