Good working knowledge of Requirement Management, Change Management and Configuration Management. • Experience in application portfolio analysis, understanding current environment, support structure etc. and defining roadmap/future strategy for development, maintenance and support of application landscapes • Ability to create, drive and complete POCs (Proof of Concepts) to test new ideas and apply emerging technologies • Acumen to determine the feasibility of customer requests and balance business decisions with technology development. • Excellent awareness and exposure to emerging technologies and experience in assessing them to define the roadmap to be adopted. • Ability to identify and understand relationships / interactions between systems, at multiple levels, from tactical to big picture. • Excellent analytical skills & articulation skills. Preferred • At least 4 years of experience in working on middleware development in .Net. Building components, libraries, Services using C#.Net, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF/WebServices/WebAPI in an SOA world. • Strong understanding of processes and threads with at least 4 years of experience in creating Multithreaded, multi-node, high performing applications. • Ability to effectively improve the performance of the components/applications/services. • Deep understanding and application of object oriented programming • Well versed with various design patterns. • At least 4 years of experience in creating abstract business layer and data access layers. • Strong SQL Server development knowledge with at least 2 years of experience in writing complex DB objects as well as performance tuning it. • At least 3 years of experience in Agile, Scrum or Kanban Methodologies • At least 3 years of experience in tools such as Jira, Jenkins and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery • Knowledge in NO-SQL environment, MongoDB is a value add. • At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review. • Ability to work in team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience in Trading, Financial Services and Wealth Management is preferred. • Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment with teams located at various locations.
