The Enterprise hardware team supports various projects related at all Locations throughout the DMV. This team will be focusing on various projects that will require them to travel to ALL locations. They will be doing a Refresh of the TC scanners, IPADS, printers etc. which will require the technicians to first perform a site assessments at the primary Hospitals and 120 outpatient facilities. They will need to take inventory of hardware assets and assess what hardware will need to be phased out and upgraded. Once the Site assessments are completed the team will then begin to deploy new hardware throughout the hospitals. A key component to this position will be the ability to document and track assets in an organized fashion via Microsoft Excel. The deployment will require technicians to perform standard hardware break/fix troubleshooting and resolution to laptops printers, mobile devices, and other medical equipment. Technicians will also need to have prior knowledge and experience mapping printers and drivers to new devices for end users.

*Collector (Medical Collections) - Hybrid * *Work Type:* Hybrid (initial onsite training in VA & MD, then remote) *Hours:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM *Salary:* $37,440-$41,600 + monthly commission *About the Role* The Entry-Level Medical Collector supports by following up
on aged hospital claims, resolving denials, and contacting insurance payers or
patients to determine next steps. Once trained, you'll manage 20-30 claims per
day, working across multiple systems to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in medical
billing/collections.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Make outbound and inbound calls to patients, insurance companies, and internal teams
* Review and resolve outstanding account balances
* Follow up on all correspondence and maintain accurate account documentation
* Skip trace to obtain updated debtor information
* Identify next steps for claims (rebill, correct, submit medical records, obtain retro auth, or write-off)
* Work closely with billers to communicate required claim actions
* Meet or exceed monthly production and fee goals
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FCRA, FDCPA, and all regulatory standards
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Knowledge of medical billing, collections, or accounts receivable
* Ability to manage multiple computer systems simultaneously
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Understanding of UB04 vs. HCFA 1500 claim forms
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
*Preferred Skills*
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with Medicaid, CareFirst BCBS, Cigna, Aetna
* Outbound/inbound call experience
* Medical billing or claims background
*Work Environment*
* Small, 20-person call center with a family-oriented culture

*Commission Structure*
* *Tier 1:* 95% of goal $100-$480/month
* *Tier 2:* 100% of goal $250-$850/month
* *Tier 3:* 115% of goal $480-$1,400/month All collectors have hit goal for the past 12 months; even the lowest Tier 3 performer earns $300+ extra monthly.
