General Description
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Compliance Officer (RCO), the Compliance and Quality Analyst is responsible for identifying, auditing, analyzing, and reporting on patterns of regulatory risk, and providing recommendations for adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements in Medicaid and non-Medicaid funded programs. The Compliance and Quality Analyst will lead efforts to maintain an understanding of internal controls and regulatory requirements across the agency. The Compliance and Quality Analyst conducts complex investigations for incidents, allegations of abuse, and various compliance concerns. Collaborates directly with Program leadership, Regulatory and Law Enforcement entities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates with the RCO to develop an annual schedule of reviews (audits) based on identified risk areas or as required by regulatory oversight entities.
Performs reviews as outlined in the annual audit schedule.
Examines data, evaluates information, communicates results and follows up on audits in accordance with the agency's Corporate Compliance Plan, Federal and State Regulations and funder requirements, including Medicaid and non-Medicaid payor compliance and established billing and coding regulations
Prepares reports on internal and external reviews, program monitoring visits, corrective action plans, and follow-up reviews.
Investigates and monitors issues of non-compliance and coordinates with the program to implement appropriate internal controls
Assists RCO with all Agency activities related to privacy of health information required under HIPAA as well as regulatory compliance.
Works closely with the RCO to ensures all incidents are reported and processed in accordance with agency and regulatory policies and procedures, including entering and updating information on appropriate data systems.
Conducts formal investigations for incidents and allegations of abuse, neglect or other concerns/events including interviewing employees, individuals served, and others as needed in addition to gathering and analyzing all forms of evidence.
Partners with Oversight Agencies and Law Enforcement to conduct investigations.
Responsible for reporting progress, findings, and recommendations of investigations to designated program staff, leadership team, and Incident Review Committee and ensure that all required notifications are made.
Documents investigation findings and conducts appropriate communication with key stakeholders.
Provides accurate and written documentation of formal investigations to all designated state or federal oversight agencies as required.
Assists each Department Director with monitoring of corrective action plans specific to Incident Management and implementation of applicable recommendations by any state or federal oversight entity.

JOB DUTIES:
* Work with engineering team to develop P&ID (process and instrumentation drawings) for all automated processes involved in the Li ion cell manufacturing plant
* Architect the database and establish the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) including choice of vendor for software and where data collected by all instruments will be stored.
* Demonstrate experience with Rockwell Automation Factory (Allen Bradley) and RSLogix. Knowledge regarding Mitsubishi is a plus.

iM3NY is a startup Lithium-Ion manufacturing company with its Headquarters and plant located at the Huron Campus in Endicott, NY, (the previous IBM Endicott site). The Director of Factory Automation Controls will work with hardware engineers and equipment suppliers to set up MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) as well as ensure seamless interaction of factory automation with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
JOB DUTIES:
• Work with engineering team to develop P&ID (process and instrumentation drawings) for all automated processes involved in the Li ion cell manufacturing plant
• Architect the database and establish the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) including choice of vendor for software and where data collected by all instruments will be stored.
• Demonstrate experience with Rockwell Automation Factory (Allen Bradley) and RSLogix. Knowledge regarding Mitsubishi is a plus.
• Develop GUI for factory operations which shows all the different attributes about the factory's manufacturing and infrastructure equipment along with GUI screens to demonstrate basic operational performance specifications of all process and facilities tools.
• Work with OEM's supplying state-of-the-art Li ion cell manufacturing equipment to understand equipment capabilities; develop and modify existing control systems utilizing PLC and HMI systems.
• Generate reports on facilities operations including attributes as requested by company's engineering and operations teams
• Integrate all ancillary facility systems (security cameras, card readers, bar code scanners etc) into company's ERP software system
• Assist with the installation, start-up and maintenance of the facility's manufacturing electrical equipment and control systems with an emphasis on troubleshooting PLC based control systems.
• Set up the company's office IT managing third party desk top support/network administrator
• Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
• Design and validate clinical databases, including designing or testing logic checks.
• Process clinical data, including receipt, entry, verification, or filing of information.
• Generate data queries, based on validation checks or errors and omissions identified during data entry, to resolve identified problems.
• Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop project-specific data management plans that address areas such as coding, reporting, or transfer of data, database locks, and work flow processes.
• Participate in the development of product specifications.
• Develop reports on product quality and cell grading
• Develop factory's unitary metrics (energy per cell, other utility consumption per cell, line yields etc) to help with line scale up calculations

About the Role
Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a Software Engineer to deliver functional, secure, and robust code that meets customer requirements. Engineers are expected to collaborate effectively, take leadership on small projects, and uphold high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.
As a Software Engineer you will:
Develop and enhance software applications.
Apply industry best practices in design, debugging, and testing.
Analyze requirements and generate corresponding documentation.
Complete additional tasks as assigned.
This position reports to the Senior Software Engineering Manager and plays a key role in helping PSD build scalable high-quality and high-performance software applications.

What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience as a .NET web engineer with .NET Framework and .NET 6+.
Proficiency in git, SQL, and .NET technologies (MVC, IIS, SQL Server).
Experience with a JavaScript framework (Vue.js, Angular, or React) and other languages (Ruby, PHP, Python, JavaScript).
Knowledge of SDLC, Scrum, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with ORM (Entity Framework) and SSRS.
Strong debugging, testing, and software development skills.
Additional Details
Physical Demands: Frequent computer use requiring periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration.
Work Environment: Office work performed in a collaborative environment with a high degree of independence.
