Your Key Responsibilities
Support the Client PM, Construction Manager, and Resident Engineer as needed.

Reviews own work for accuracy and coordinates with others to ensure quality assurance and quality control for all final products.
Participates and collaborates in project team setting, engage in creative and critical thought, and effectively communicate ideas, design issues and solutions to others.
Coordinate with the project team to maintain project documentation, process paperwork, and progress pay estimates.
Coordinate construction administration issues.
Review Submittals, RFIs, NCRs, COs, and pay estimates from the contractor.
Monitor project schedule against progress in the field.
Keep detailed records, including daily reports when in the field.
Assist with environmental compliance as needed.
Assist in the resolution of project issues.
Inform the CM, RE, Client and staff of project status.
Assist with preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports.
Qualifications
