This project will be in two phases. Phase 1. 7 weeks of planning and scheduling and Phase 2. 8 weeks for the TAR Coordinator function. The planning stage will begin in Nov. The TAR will begin in Feb. THERE IS A TWO MONTH BREAK IN SERVICE during the DEC and FEB timeframe. Interested parties must be available for both sessions to be considered. Candidates for this position will be doing all of the planning and scheduling for the entire project. There are no other planners and schedulers on staff for this project. Candidates for this position must have experience with pre-construction, construction, procurement, commissioning, close-out planning and scheduling. Candidates should have experience in TAR Planning and scheduling in petrochemical plants. Experience in Ethylene Oxide unit environments is highly desired. Candidates will be a proactive member of the project team and will aid Project Managers, Project Engineers, Technology Supervisors, Site Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and other teams in planning, aligning and scheduling their respective work scopes and budgets to obtain higher visibility of project progress, and schedules at all times. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in the following: Selecting and using specialized sensors to collect vibration signals and applying algorithms to recognize patterns, diagnose the source of failures, and facilitate corrective actions; Identifying where to collect data on machinery systems including driver, driven, piping, SBC, and structure; Performing data analysis to identify the cause of high vibration and providing recommendations to mitigate the vibration amplitudes for safe operation; Performing time domain and frequency domain analysis, envelop analysis, and modal analysis; Performing signal processing data acquisition system setup to capture the data appropriate for the machine with correct sampling rate, frequency span, resolution, and windowing factor; Identifying good and bad signal, time waveforms, spectral data, orbits, and shaft center line plots; Collecting good data and interpreting the data for diagnostic purposes; Utilizing rotating and reciprocating machinery, including reciprocating compressors and engines, screw compressors, plunger pumps, centrifugal pumps, fans, blowers, gearboxes, motors, and turbines, and applying knowledge of design basics to identify the forces generated by these machines, their failure modes, and troubleshooting vibration and performance related issues; and Troubleshooting, including process and operating data response on the machinery and piping systems and identifying machinery failure modes and excitation forces generated in the system.
