Your Role
As a Mental Health Advisor, you will provide clinical supervision, staff support, and consumer intervention while helping to maintain program quality and compliance. You will serve as a key member of the Adult Services team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and positive outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Supervise, train, evaluate, and manage assigned Adult Services staff, including assisting with personnel processes such as hiring, interviewing, and performance management.
Provide clinical supervision and support for staff cases, including reviewing documentation such as SARJs, RPOCs, and Crisis Plans.
Assist staff in crisis interventions and home visits, providing clinical feedback and support to consumers as needed.
Support staff with community resource recommendations, professional development, and training on mental health needs. Serve as a liaison for the organization and programs with stakeholders, including Milwaukee County.
Complete and submit required documentation by deadlines. Maintain effective communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders.
Follow all duties as a mandated reporter. Attend meetings and professional development activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited school.
Valid Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with mental health and/or substance use.
Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, collaborative, and professional disposition; “people person” with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Must successfully complete and pass all background checks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Working in collaboration with the Chief Strategy & Program Officer:
Define annual program goals, develop work plans, and allocate resources to ensure timely and successful program execution.
Design and implement performance metrics, collect data, and evaluate outcomes to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
Develop and execute a 5-year strategic plan to expand program reach, participation, and community engagement.

Under the Director of Archives and Records Management, the Associate Director of Records Management leads the Archdiocese Records Management program within our Archives/Chancery Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Appraising, scheduling, and managing all analog and electronic information in accordance with Archdiocesan Records Policies and Procedures. The position is the key liaison to the Central Offices and IT collaborating with staff to preserve audio-visual materials
Lead implementation and improvement of the Archdiocese's Records Management program
Manage guidelines and workflows for the creation and use of electronic records at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee
Manage guidelines and workflows for managing email within the central offices
Research, plan, and propose digital archive software and equipment for management of electronic records
Manage the disposition of records
Liaison with legal counsel to manage litigation holds and to ensure staff compliance
Collaborate with offices to identify and acquire photographs and audio-visual materials for preservation in Preservica
Assist with analog audio, audio-visual, and photograph digitization projects
Provide records training and support to central office staff
Create training program and provide resources for parish and school staff on issues related to the electronic records life cycle
Assist with reference requests for electronic records and the supervision of the archive's reading room
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of the mission, structure, and responsibilities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and Archives Office
Knowledge of archives and records management theory, principles, and methods, including how to manage, arrange and describe, and preserve archival collections
Knowledge of archival practices, records maintenance skills, and standards for born-digital records
Expert online research skills
Knowledge of current issues in digital libraries
Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Critical thinking skills
Ability to create and present professional presentations and training for internal and professional groups in person and virtually

Your Role:
As a Certified Peer Specialist, you will provide one-on-one support to youth and families engaged in recovery services. You will empower youth to identify their strengths, build coping skills, and access the community resources they need to thrive-all while fostering trust, self-advocacy, and independence.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Required)
Master's degree in social work or related field (Highly Preferred)
Valid Wisconsin Peer Specialist Certification, or ability to obtain certification within 12 months of hire
At least one (1) year of experience providing community-based support
Strong cultural competency and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (Spanish and English), spoken and written (Preferred)
Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills
Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Summary

The associate dean directly supervises several instructional departments, programs, and related staff within the division and serves in a back-up capacity for the division dean. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Promote robust partnerships with industry and other key stakeholders.
Work directly with industry and institutional leaders to ensure the currency and relevancy of the College's courses, associate degree, technical diploma, and workforce training programs.
Cultivate new partnerships that provide innovative educational solutions to individuals and organizations throughout the College's service district and beyond. Support efforts to promote service careers and serve as a representative of the College in industry and the community in such efforts.
Support the investigation, development, and implementation of new program offerings in response to community needs.
Coordinate instructional programming and curriculum.
Manage focused areas of instructional programming and related staff as assigned.
Provide overall coordination and support for division continuing education programming.
Provide overall coordination and support for assigned contract services delivery.
Provide overall coordination and ensure the development, modification, and documentation of division curriculum within state and district policy.
Provide leadership to the development of new programming in the division.
Actively lead and support student academic assessment strategies, ensuring that student learning is assessed and documented.
Serve as the division liaison to all regional centers and campuses to ensure the development of, and consistency in, the delivery of instruction, involving department chairs as appropriate.
Provide leadership in developing flexible program and course delivery options for the division.
Foster and coordinate the use of alternative delivery in divisional programming.
Coordinate division transitions programming and projects for high school students (e.g., Dual Credit, and HS Academies) in cooperation with related departments, and involving faculty as appropriate.
Develop, coordinate, and oversee shared degree programs with other technical college districts and articulated programs with four-year colleges, as appropriate.
Assist in division-level planning, budget development, and budget management.

Assist in conducting annual operational planning (prioritization, implementation and evaluation) in areas such as facilities, computer technology, equipment, etc.
Develop projects, grants, and corporate partnerships to aid in program updates, modifications, and new program development.
Assist with overall division management.
Assist in the continuous monitoring and improvement of division productivity utilizing key indicators such as FTE production, numbers served, cost effectiveness, contract services revenue and cost recovery, faculty schedules and workloads, class sizes, program inquiries and applications, graduate and placement data (monitor by overall division and by program).
Hire, supervise, direct, and evaluate division faculty and staff as assigned.
Ensure that continuous improvement efforts are implemented in the division through well-managed and well-documented projects.
Provide leadership to functional and cross-functional teams as assigned within the division.
Serve as a member of the Division Leadership Team to facilitate communications and coordinate division operations.
Non-Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Serve as a division liaison to Student Services regarding program admissions, enrollment, and graduation, involving department chairs and faculty as appropriate.
Implement and support academic advising of program students.
Address student issues as appropriate.
Provide direction for the development and maintenance of active advisory committees for assigned programs, addressing district policy requirements.
Develop and maintain community linkages appropriate to the role of associate dean.

Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or educational administration; Master's Degree preferred.
Two years of occupational experience outside the field of education.
Two years of teaching experience is required, preferably at the community/technical college level.
Demonstrated leadership in the professional setting. Three years of managerial supervisory experience at the community/technical college level is preferred.

Overnight and Day Camp Counselors are the primary care providers and mentors for our campers. Counselors are responsible for individualized camper care, carrying out overall camp program operations, teaching traditional camp and environmental education activities, maintaining program equipment and general facility cleanliness.
WORK SCHEDULE:
YMCA Camp Glacier Hollow has a full schedule of programs during the summer months, including programs that continue on some weekends and holidays. Typical schedule for this position is Mon-Fri (Day Camp) or Sun-Fri (Overnight Camp), with flexibility, and will include day, evening, some overnight, and weekend times. A schedule will be arranged in advance.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Overnight and Day Camp Counselors must be at least 18 years of age. Training and/or experience in one or more of the following areas are desired: camp counseling, teambuilding, experiential education, environmental education, outdoor adventure/recreational activities, waterfront supervision, arts and crafts, campfires, and field sports. Preference will be given to applicants who have completed college course work or a degree in camp management, environmental education, education, recreation or related fields. Previous leadership experience and/or desire to work with youth and teens is required. Must be a positive role-model, flexible, energetic, dedicated and a responsible team player. CPR and first aid certifications are required (on site training available). Lifeguarding certification a plus and increases salary. Some online pre-camp training may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lead and participate along with groups of campers in various physical activities and in various indoor/outdoor settings. Such activities include traditional camp activities, canoeing, teambuilding, swimming, and other sports and activities. Prior to work all staff will be required to provide a Physician-signed health examination and complete a fingerprint background check.
