The Estimator's primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience whilecreating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers andinsurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documentsneeded repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer'sexperience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs.

Scope of Position
This highly experienced individual, as part of the Assembly department, will be responsible for assisting the supervisor in all operations of the department. Plans and directs the day to day labor responsibilities and prioritizes resources to ensure accuracy and quality.
This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

Completes industrial lift truck certifications.
Takes ownership of department standards and appearance.
Supports new product initiatives.
Expert in all Standard Operating Procedures for applicable department/cell.
Exceeds productivity expectations.
Expert understanding of department specific tools and measuring equipment.
Assists in leading department meetings effectively.
Completes industrial lift truck certifications (as needed).
Help create and maintain a positive work environment.
Understand and abide by all company safety policies.
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or Company management.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in an Assembly role or manufacturing environment.
Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of previous leadership experience.

Scope of position:
Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager, the Sr. HR Generalist is a customer-centered role supporting all levels of employees within the Bradley organization. Assist in the implementation of individual development plans and performance improvement plans as needed.
Partner with Talent team to identify formal learning opportunities for employees based on skill gaps and business needs.
Generate HR reports and analytics such as headcount reports, performance reports and more.
Coach and counsel employees, front line leaders and managers on employee relation matters, performance management and conflict resolution.
Utilize an empathetic approach to understanding employee concerns, answer questions and help employees through organizational change.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, providing recommendations for resolution. Partner with the Sr. HR Manager and the legal team as appropriate for all ethics related issues.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
5+ years of HR experience, with experience in a Manufacturing environment required.
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization, driving communication and change management
Ability to interpret company goals, strategies and values to inspire an inclusive and engaged workforce
Experience using HRIS systems for data management and data metrics to guide decisions. Workday experience preferred.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Support multiple product lines by participating in all aspects of the product life cycle
Develop cross-reference guides, technical support tools, marketing and sales tools
Answer product questions from sales representatives and internal departments
Assist in product line strategic planning activities including R&D needs, operational team member requirements, and development of financial objectives
Manage and lead day-to-day progress of a product line
Conduct SKU rationalization projects
Provide product training to the sales reps, customers, and end users
Conduct market analysis to develop product definitions
Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities
Provide financial and technical justification for product selection and definition

Required Qualifications
