Handle all incoming contacts from internal & external customers. Provide information and resolution to customer queries and issues. Do all necessary follow up that may stem from incoming calls. Enter all orders that come via phone, fax, email & EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Perform all task related to a customer returns which includes data entry and follow up to make sure the product was returned by the customer and a refund issued by Accounting. Handle calls pertaining to product and service complaints and enter all relevant information into the complaint tracking system. Work closely with Product Surveillance team during investigation of the complaint and complete all follow up needed by Product Surveillance. Triage service & repair calls and provide level 1 support to resolve the issue or contact the appropriate department to help the customer with resolution. Maintains vigilance with respect to service objectives, such as incoming call queues, proper call conduct, fax/EDI order processing times, and processing accuracy. Acts as a point of contact for daily operational questions/information as it relates to a specific area of assignment. Maintains service documents/tools used by department (both on and off-line) for specific area of assignment. Alerts management in the event of problems with procedures, information, systems, or negative service situations in area of assignment. Gathers, compiles, and distributes information to better company operations when appropriate. Follows the schedule provided by the Supervisor and keeps non- work-related time to minimal. Performs other duties or assignments as required by management.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities: * Function as a key business partner to the Sr. VP of Commercial SBU and International Medical Device and the leadership team providing support and advice on all financial elements of the business. * Partner with the Business Unit Team members to help identify key opportunities to improve financial performance and grow the business profitably. * Lead a long-range strategic plan, annual budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting process for the business unit * Compare planned to actual financial performance, interpret results and variances, support monthly accounting close and give guidance on necessary course corrections * Partner with business leads to translate strategic initiatives and operational goals into a financial outlook * Work closely with department heads and business leads to provide transparency and insights into the financial performance of their business unit * Perform special analysis such as return on investment, pricing analytics, etc. that facilitates management decision-making. * Support strategic business planning process and new business / investment opportunities with returns analyses * Build detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and potential alternatives * Help drive business decisions by providing actionable financial reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis * Identify industry insights, competitive trends, and business intelligence Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Strong business acumen and proven ability to effectively scrutinize and challenge assumptions and interpret the strategy and priorities of the organization in financial terms * 10+ years of finance/FP&A experience, medical device industry experience is preferred * Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline, MBA and/or CPA preferred but not essential * Experience creating and presenting to key stakeholders and senior leadership * Demonstrated ability to build relationships and to communicate with various stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as team player, including complex, dynamic teams * Ability to maintain demanding timelines * Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work simultaneously on multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment * Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills * Clear communication and client interface skills * Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to successfully influence associates across the organization Work Environment: * This role is a full-time in-office position and is based out of our HQ office located in Trumbull, CT * Some travel will be a necessary part of this role.
